Finders Fees? RPM will pay a finders fee to licensed Realtors. This will all depend on the situtation. 3 typical situations. Unit is leased, Unit is listed by Realtor, and Unit will be marketed by RPM. Lease unit. RPM pays 2 months mgmt fees to the Realtor. Unit is being marketing by the Realtor. Realtor will keep 100% of the the lease up fee, and we will manage the property. Unit will be marketed by RPM. RPM will lease the unit, and split the leae up fee with the Realotr.
The best situation for RPM is to have the Realtor lease the unti, and we will do the application preocess.
How much do you charge? RPM offers 3 choies for owners. We offer a 7% mgmt fee, with a 75% lease up fee. 8% mgmt fee with a 50% lease up fee. 9% mgmt fee, with a $450 lease up fee.
How does it work, when I Place the tenant? RPM can do the application process for you. As the Realtor you will keep the lease up fee, and we will manage the property. When the owner is ready to list the proeprty. Real Property Management will refer the owner back to you as the Agent.
